Shiny, not Oily

We all love our hair , we all want to make it beautiful , do style with it and cherish it….Don’t we?????

But we often do loads of mistake with it which ultimately cause hair loss, hair breakage, dandruff and all the other problems. And we often get sick and tired of these problems and want to get rid of. Have you ever noticed that these problems can also put us in the state of depression.

But we are not going to give these all problems to win over us rather let’s defeat them.

Trust me or not, I am going to point out some facts with which you can really change your hair sickness.

  • Hair Oil:

This is most vital part of our hair care.

The first benefit is that natural hair oil, meaning the least processed, comes packed with several of the vitamins and micro-nutrients that are found in food. So hair oil is basically hair food.
A hair oil massage is the way it penetrates the skin. It goes deep into the skin and revitalises the skin tissue. This boosts blood circulation in the scalp. The oil is spread evenly around the scalp, sending nutrients directly to all the hair roots.
Hair oil helps in fighting hair fall and of aiding hair regrowth.
Using hair oil is a great way to control frizzy hair. On days when your hair seems all out of control and frizzy, rub some hair oil on your palms and run through the hair lightly. This will cause the frizz to settle immediately and also provide nourishment to the hair.

For the best benefit, warm the hair oil and apply it in your scalp and gently massage it. If you leave the oil for whole night and wash off at morning then its the best one but also if you keep it atleast 30 min before shower, still it will gives you the result.

The oil, by coating the hair, forms a protective layer for the hair shaft. Especially useful when people blow-dry their hair and other procedures are done to the hair, it becomes very brittle and fragile.

Don’t put oil on your scalp and move outside. Ummm-huh!!! I strictly don’t recommend it as it will catch the pollution and the dirt outside and instead of giving you it’s good effect you may end up with a bad rather the worst one.

So learn a proper use of the oil. And prefer to always use a natural oil.

  • Wash Wash But It should be Proper:

Hair needs to be completely soaked before you apply shampoo. Using warm water will help as the warm water will open the cuticles in your hair. Once the hair is soaked in warm water the hair will start loosing any dirt and build up it has accumulated.
So, let the hair get completely wet before appling shampoo.
Consider using a water filter that will extract any harsh minerals from your water. Your hair will rinse cleaner and feel softer
Then, measure the amount of shampoo in your hand – a coin sized amount for hair above the shoulders, or double if it extends past your shoulders. Then, gently massage it into your roots, avoiding tight circular motions (this can weaken your hair). Make sure to wash the hair at the nape of your neck. Remember a gentle massage will do that.
Do not scrub your hair and avoid tight circular motions! Obviously, You will not want to damage or break the cuticles of your hair.
Rinse your hair with warm water until it is free of all shampoo. Run your fingers through your hair to wick the water out of your hair if you have short hair. Gently squeeze the water out of your hair at the midsection and end to prepare for the conditioner if you have longer hair.

I really don’t recommend washing your hair daily if also you have an oily scalp as I feel some time it’s better to give some rest. Wash it on the alternative day and make sure to keep your scalp dry and that’s true for the sweat too.

  • Conditioning :

Rub a quarter sized dollop of conditioner between your handsand apply it on the hair. Don’t worry about applying it to the roots of your hair. Your hair has enough oil at that part.
Clip your hair up, and finish your shower. The longer your hair is being conditioned, the better it will absorb the conditioner.
You can also use a hair tie but be careful not to put your hair up tight because you don’t want to damage the cuticles of your hair. Remember, your hair is at it’s most fragile when it is wet.
You can also use a shower cap to keep your conditioner from rinsing out while you are in the shower. Leave the conditioner in your hair for 10 minutes after your shower. If you you have extra dry hair, give your hair the extra time it needs to absorb the oils in the conditioner. Keep your hair up in a clip or wrap your hair up in a towel to keep it out of your way.
Rinse your hair with cool water. The cool water will shut the cuticles in your hair and keep the moisture and oils sealed in your hair. You hair will look shinier if you remember to do this step consistently during your shower routine.
Make sure to rinse all of the conditioner out of your hair. If there is still conditioner left in your hair then this conditioner will leave your hair looking limp and oily.
There are leave-in conditioners in the marketed as well. This leave-in conditioner strengthen hair, and they will make your hair more flexible. After you have showered, apply leave-in conditioner to damp hair.

  • Let’s apply some Serum :

Check the labels and compare the hair serums to find one that fits your hair needs. There are different types of hair serum, need to use depending on your hair type and preference. If you have thin hair, try a thickening serum. Or if you have fine hair, lightweight serums will do best. If you style your hair often, use hair serums that protect against damage due to heat. There are also specifically designed serums to enhance the curls in curly and wavy hair, those that add high gloss, and on the other side, there are hair serums used to create a more natural looking hairstyles.
    Now, choice is yours.
Gently blot a couple of drops of serum into your soaking wet hair. Do not towel dry your hair before you apply serum. Hair experts say that it is best to apply hair serum directly to wet hair. Use 1-2 drops of serum on medium length hair. Rub the serum between your palms well, and then evenly distribute onto the midsection and ends of hair.
Be careful not to use too much serum, it may make your hair greasy and heavy if you do.
Don’t start with the front or the top of your hair and ruin your style with too much serum. Instead, use your hands to gently blot the serum into the midsection and then mmove to the tips of your hair- starting at the back and moving forward to the front of your hair.
If you have been very careful not to over apply serum, you may need to add a little more to your hair. If your hair still looks a little dry, apply another drop to your hand, and, again, rub it between your palms well. Apply it now to the sides and front of your hair. The serum will surely make your hair less frizzy, more flexible and more vibrant.

  • Comb it Now:

Last but not the least part…you know!!!
Before brushing long hair, you should check for major knots. If you use your brush through large knots, you can cause damage to the hair. Run your fingers downwards through your hair starting a few inches from the tips of the hair, and gradually work your way up the hair a few inches at a time.
Work through the more manageable knots. If encounter a knot that you can’t run your fingers through, don’t force your fingers through the hair.
If you’ve encountered a large knot that you can’t get out using your fingers, use a product that will help ease out the knot. Apply the product to the knot according to the instructions on the label.
For fine hair, use a spray.
For medium thickness hair, try a lotion.
For thick and coarse hair, or kinky hair, use a cream.
After you have put the detangling product on the knot, use a wide toothed comb to comb at the knot. Be gentle, using small strokes to work at the knot. You should be able to get most of it out.
If you don’t have a wide toothed comb, you can also use a paddle brush.
By this time, most of the knot should be untangled. Run your fingers through the spot where the knot was to check if there is any more of it left. Your fingers are great tools because you can feel your hair in a way that you can’t when you are using a comb.
Apply a leave-in conditioner or a smoothing serum if you are brushing dry hair.
Using your brush or comb, start brushing down the hair about one inch from the roots. This ensures that all the knots are gone, and it is much more gentle. As you are done with a section of hair, keep going up until you have reached the roots.
If you start at the roots, you will end up tugging at your hair, which will cause breakage and split ends.
Be sure to only use a comb on curly or natural hair. A brush can damage the hair cuticle and will make curls frizzier and less defined. The best tool to use for curly hair is a wide-toothed comb.Curly hair is drier than straight hair, so it needs all the moisture it can get. Products meant specifically for curly hair deliver this moisture to curly hair for more defined curls.

So, now anyone can get a beautiful hair. Take a good care of yourself and your hair. Love yourself.

Dazzle the world with your hair.

Let your hair breathe with you and have fun..

Love the feeling of the fresh air, let the wind blow through your hair.
