Deal with the F(rustration) word

Hey everyone, I know there has been long no show for me. Really sorry but I, myself have been dealing with depression quiet a time and struggling with it. But thanks to all my friends and my family that I finally overcomed it and here, I am again.

Today I will be having a small chit chat on how to deal with frustrations.

Frustrations are the roots of depression. We all get frustrated on many things from time to time and it’s a part of life but we should learn how to overcome it and follow your goal.

We have frustration of many things from time to time. Frustration of workload, frustration of achievement, frustration of looks, frustration of finding peace, having a bit of own time and so on and so forth.

So, what is this frustration ?

Frustration is a common emotional response to opposition, related to anger, annoyance and disappointment, frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual’s will or goaland is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked.

Do you know there are two types of frustration
  • Internal- This may arise from challenges in fulfilling personal goals, desires, instinctual drives and needs, or dealing with perceived deficiencies, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations.
  • External- Frustration involve conditions outside an individual’s control, such as a physical roadblock, a difficult task, or the perception of wasting time.
Awww, now you all must be thinking of how to deal with.

No worries, we will deal with them. So, without wasting time let’s find how to deal them:
Let’s find out what’s wrong with the situation: Sometimes we see it feel that everything around us is going in wrong direction. We find whatever we try to work hard we are losing. We are getting rejected. I know, this rejection is hard to take but you should know each and every famous person got rejected thousands times before achieving their goal. We just need to find out what is that wrong we are doing in the situation. Just need to find the mistake…always keep in mind our mistakes are our great teacher. We just need to change that, focus more on what we want and how to deal with the part – mistake or wrong.
 
Have you heard of Walt Disney? Who doesn’t, right! Yes but do you know that Walt Disney was fired from the Kansas City Star in 1919 because, his editor said, he “lacked imagination and had no good ideas.”

Remove the “Noise” and Simplify: When you are failing or on the verge of frustration, you will find people says you that you can’t achieve it, it’s not for you, you should think of something else. But you know, just remove these all noises and just simplify your goal. No matter, how you fails or how many times you lose ….. It only matter that you will achieve your goals. Keep faith in you and you will surely will. Dream, dream and stay away from noises. Once you will let these noises to enter your dream, you will only be able to hear the noises and you will lose the rythm of your dream, that beautiful rythm you have always dreamed about. So, no stop to the dream path, stop the noises that makes it discreet.

Action: When you get into serious frustration with a problem, you tend not to want to work on it anymore. It’s hard, it’s frustrating, and you’re not getting anywhere. So, anything to avoid having to be in that situation becomes far more attractive. We want to close ourselves in a box and try to avoid the situation. But you know what, keep taking steps forwards, you will probably make it past this temporary bumpy ride.
When you starts spending a lot of time worrying, it’s just a waste of energy and does not helps you move in a forwards direction. Only taking action will. Once you start moving forwards again, you will most likely find the path, the way, the thought to defeat this situation.
Once Thomas Edison said, “Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up” and “Surprises and reverses can serve as an incentive for great accomplishment.”

So, keep yourselves up and no matter what you can’t allow this f(rustration) word overcome you, you can’t allow the noises to win over and have you.

Focus and believe in yourself. Keep faith, you can do it.
